Hosting and delivery via Cloudflare

This website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (EU representative: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany). When you open a page, Cloudflare automatically processes technical connection data — above all your IP address, together with date and time of the request, the requested page, browser type and version, operating system and the page you came from. This data is used to deliver the site, to protect it against attacks such as DDoS, bots and malicious traffic, and to keep loading times short. Transmission to your browser is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient delivery of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For its bot protection, Cloudflare sets the technically required cookie "__cf_bm" (lifetime of about 30 minutes) and, after a passed security check, the cookie "cf_clearance" with a limited lifetime. These cookies serve security only — no advertising, no tracking. Security-related log data is stored by Cloudflare only temporarily and deleted automatically. Fonts from Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open a page, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers and thereby transmits your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Information: Google privacy policy.

Purchases and payments via Tebex

All purchases in this store (Shells, ranks, boosters) are processed by our payment partner Tebex Limited (company no. 08129184, 201 Haverstock Hill, London, United Kingdom). To start a checkout, the Minecraft username you enter is transmitted to Tebex, so that the purchase can be assigned to your account and delivered. During checkout, Tebex processes the data required for the payment (for example name, e-mail address, billing data and payment details), partly together with the payment providers involved. We only receive the data from Tebex that is necessary for delivery and accounting. The legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR); the United Kingdom is recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection. Storage in your browser

The store saves the Minecraft username you enter in your browser's local storage, so it can be pre-filled at your next purchase. The entry remains until you delete it (for example by clearing your browser data). We do not set any tracking or analytics cookies.

Data processing on the Minecraft server

When you play on our Minecraft server, we process your Minecraft account name and UUID, your IP address (for login security and abuse prevention) as well as gameplay and statistics data (for example progress, balances and purchases). Purchases are delivered to the account name you provided. The legal basis is the performance of the user relationship (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the server (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is stored only as long as the operation of the server requires and any statutory retention periods apply.

Retention

We store personal data only as long as it is required for the purposes described above or as long as legal obligations require it — in particular commercial and tax retention obligations, under which purchase records may be kept for up to ten years.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21), in each case provided the legal requirements are met. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for our store, the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Wiesbaden.
